I have not seen anyone who work hard as you. I still remember when we came to work in the morning you were there with a coffee at 58’s cafetaria area, and when we leave in the evening you were still working. I believed that most efficient engine WSO2 had was not any of the products but you.

I have only seen two leaders who were brave enough to be in the frontline leading, contributing and guiding when things go wrong. Let it be a production issue or major release you were there with us to lead.

We were not afraid to take risks to do the right thing, because we knew you will back us up. When we were wondering how to respond to those “Arrrrgggh” mails come from very top about a decision we took, after 1/2 hr your response appear and you direct the fire towards you reminding why we did what we did, so that next time we would not hesitate to do the right thing no matter what.

I can go on, we all know how inspirational you were all of us and everyone of us learned a lot from you and wish we had more chance to learn. And more importantly you can be really happy knowing that you have inspired generation of engineers to do their best wherever they are.
